At TQC Studio, we provide digital services that require time, effort, and creative work.

Payments:
All payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be considered only if:
– The project has not yet started
– Or in exceptional cases where no work has been delivered

Once initial concepts or deliverables have been shared, refunds are not applicable.

Revisions:
We are committed to client satisfaction and offer revisions according to the agreed project scope.
